Fabric, mesh, microfiber, and leather each require different care. Our technicians match the method to the material: hot-water extraction for durable weaves, low-moisture cleaning for delicate textiles, and dedicated cleaning and conditioning for leather. Offices and restaurants can book after-hours visits, and we provide a COI whenever building management requires one.

Our Process
Material Assessment
We identify the upholstery type and test for colorfastness, then choose the extraction method the fabric can safely handle.
Vacuum & Pre-Treat
Crumbs, hair, and dry soil are vacuumed from seams and tufting; high-contact areas are pre-treated to loosen body oils and spills.
Deep Extraction
Steam extraction flushes embedded soil from seats, backs, and armrests — or leather-safe cleansers and conditioner for hide upholstery.
Deodorize & Dry
Seating is deodorized and groomed, with most pieces dry to the touch within a few hours.

Dining chairs are $19 each, office chairs $29, ottomans and benches $39, armchairs and recliners $49, and reclining folding chairs $69. A $99 minimum applies per visit — a dining set of four to six chairs meets it easily.
Do you clean office chairs on-site?
Yes. We clean mesh, fabric, and leather task seating in offices across all five boroughs, including after-hours and weekend visits for minimal disruption. A COI is available for buildings that require one.
Can you clean leather chairs?
Yes. Leather is never steam-extracted like fabric — we use dedicated leather cleansers followed by conditioning to restore suppleness and prevent cracking.
How long does it take chairs to dry?
Most fabric chairs are dry to the touch in 3–6 hours; leather and low-moisture cleans are usable sooner. Book a morning window and your seating is ready by evening.
Can you remove coffee, ink, and food stains?
Most common stains lift with pre-treatment and extraction. Ink and dye-based stains are the most stubborn — your technician will assess and set expectations before starting.
Do you clean restaurant and commercial seating?
Yes — dining chairs, banquettes, and waiting-area seating for restaurants, salons, and offices. High-volume jobs are quoted upfront with no hidden charges.
How often should office chairs be cleaned?
